Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all driving lessons and services provided by Rabbit Driving School Ltd ("the School", "we", "our", "us") to any pupil/student ("the pupil", "you", "your").

By booking lessons with Rabbit Driving School Ltd, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility to Drive

1.1 Pupils must:

• Hold a valid UK provisional or full driving licence suitable for the vehicle being driven.
• Meet all legal DVSA requirements for learning to drive in the UK.
• Be legally entitled to drive in the United Kingdom.

1.2

Pupils must present their driving licence upon request before lessons commence.

1.3 Pupils must inform Rabbit Driving School Ltd of:

• Any medical condition
• Injury
• Disability
• Medication
• Change in eyesight
• Any circumstance affecting their ability to drive safely

Failure to disclose relevant medical or legal information may result in lessons being refused or terminated.

2. Lesson Bookings

2.1 Lessons are arranged subject to instructor and vehicle availability.

2.2 Lesson times, dates, and pick-up locations must be agreed in advance.

2.3 Rabbit Driving School Ltd reserves the right to alter or cancel bookings where necessary due to:

• Illness
• Mechanical issues
• Unsafe weather conditions
• Road conditions
• Instructor emergencies
• Circumstances beyond reasonable control

3. Payments

3.1 Payment for lessons must be made:

• In advance, or
• At the agreed payment schedule set by Rabbit Driving School Ltd.

3.2 Rabbit Driving School Ltd reserves the right to refuse lessons where payment has not been received.

3.3 Prices may be amended at any time. Existing prepaid bookings may be honoured at the original agreed rate at management discretion.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Pupils must provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel or rearrange a lesson.

4.2 Full lesson charges will apply where:

• A lesson is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled start time by the pupil
• The pupil fails to attend ("no-show")
• The pupil is unavailable at the agreed pick-up point
• The pupil refuses to proceed upon instructor arrival

4.3 Rabbit Driving School Ltd reserves the right to waive cancellation charges at its discretion in exceptional circumstances.

4.4 If Rabbit Driving School Ltd cancels a lesson:

• No cancellation charge will apply
• The lesson will be rearranged or credited

5. Late Arrival

5.1 If a pupil arrives late:

• The lesson may still end at the original scheduled finish time
• Lost time may not be recoverable

5.2 If an instructor arrives late:

• The lost time will be added to the lesson where possible or rearranged appropriately

6. Fitness to Drive

6.1 Lessons will not proceed if a pupil is believed to be:

• Under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Medically unfit
• Excessively tired
• Aggressive or unsafe
• In possession of illegal substances

6.2 In these circumstances:

• The lesson may be terminated immediately
• Full lesson charges may still apply

7. Conduct & Behaviour

7.1 Pupils must behave respectfully towards instructors, staff, and members of the public.

7.2 Rabbit Driving School Ltd operates a zero-tolerance policy towards:

• Abuse
• Threatening behaviour
• Harassment
• Discrimination
• Violence
• Dangerous conduct

7.3 Rabbit Driving School Ltd reserves the right to terminate tuition services immediately without refund where behaviour is deemed inappropriate or unsafe.

8. Mobile Phones & Distractions

8.1 Mobile phones must not be used whilst driving unless instructed safely by the instructor.

8.2 Repeated distractions or failure to follow safety instructions may result in lesson termination.

9. Driving Test / Use of Tuition Vehicle

9.1 Use of the tuition vehicle for practical driving tests is subject to instructor approval.

9.2 Rabbit Driving School Ltd reserves the right to refuse use of the vehicle if:

• The pupil is not considered test-ready
• The pupil presents a safety risk
• The pupil has insufficient driving ability
• The vehicle becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond control

9.3 Driving test fees paid to the DVSA are separate from lesson fees and remain the pupil's responsibility.

9.4 Rabbit Driving School Ltd accepts no liability for:

• DVSA cancellations
• Test delays
• Examiner decisions
• Test result outcomes

10. Block Bookings & Prepaid Lessons

10.1 Block bookings and prepaid lessons:

• Are non-transferable
• Cannot be shared between pupils
• Must be used within 12 months unless otherwise agreed

10.2 Refunds for unused prepaid lessons:

• May be granted at management discretion
• May be adjusted to the standard lesson rate where discounted packages were purchased

10.3 Completed lessons are non-refundable.

11. Vehicle Safety & Dashcams

11.1 Tuition vehicles may be fitted with:

• Dash cameras
• GPS tracking systems
• Monitoring devices for safety and insurance purposes

11.2 Recordings may be used:

• For insurance claims
• Complaint investigations
• Safety monitoring
• Legal compliance

12. Liability

12.1 Rabbit Driving School Ltd will not be held liable for:

• Missed appointments
• Delays caused by traffic
• Weather disruption
• Mechanical breakdowns
• Road closures
• DVSA changes
• Circumstances outside reasonable control

12.2 Nothing within these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is unlawful under UK law.

13. Data Protection & Privacy

13.1 Rabbit Driving School Ltd will process personal information in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation.

13.2 Personal information will only be used for:

• Booking management
• Tuition services
• Legal compliance
• Customer communication
• Business administration

14. Complaints

14.1 Any complaints should be raised directly with Rabbit Driving School Ltd as soon as possible.

14.2 We aim to investigate and respond fairly and professionally to all concerns raised.

15. Acceptance of Terms

By booking, paying for, or attending lessons with Rabbit Driving School Ltd, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms & Conditions
• You understand them
• You agree to comply with them
